THIS IS A VERY EARLY DEVELOPMENT MAP!!
THIS MAP WILL NEED UPDATING, IM NOT SURE THE STATE OF IT, ONCE I FIX IT I'LL UPDATE SORRY
So, with that said I would love to have your help! This map is playable as a build your own farm type map. The land is cheap at the moment to get the feel and test the heck out of it. Edit it your own way because i am very new to this and haven't seen a map worth playing yet.
Nothing I make will be put behind a paywall, always free!
Dynamic pastures plays a huge role, You can take 500 acres of mountain land and turn it into a massive cow farm! Make it your own!!

I got the map but the only building on the map is the dealership there’s no town no sell points no farms or anything plz help. I love the map and the layout just wish there would be a way to fix this particular problem. Keep up the good work!

With making hay and selling cows I haven't had time to work on it, I hope to finish this and make a few more maps in the upcoming months!

I am new to PC for FS25, do I need to make my own farm? If not how come no farms load in like the photos? Do I need a separate mod?
This map is still in the works, im sure there will be a few starting farms but those were all added in by the maker on his personal save id imagine

I can see huge potenrial with one ! The real world map is rally accurate as well. Plese don't give up on finishing it. Some have gotten frustrated and quit. I would love to see this thing finished. And would make this my number one work place on farm sim ! Looking forward to building my farm on this map that is for sure ! Thanks again for sharing this.

Just tried to load this up and I must have some sort of mod conflict because I can get into the game but it freezes on entry. Anyone else had this issue? Find out what mods were the issue?
Let me check, i run over 1000+ mods and hadnt had a conflict yet, but ill look into it!
The only thing i can think of is conflict, check logs load up in dev mode to check
In the next update can you please make it so grass can only be harvested till November and then able to be harvested again in march.

Hey Semp do you expect this map to get updates that force restart? Or will everything just be updated as we go?
the major updates the name will be changed that’ll make it restart. As of now it is playable but when I start terraforming and adding buildings it will come all as a major update to be reset but I will always leave the black map downloadable

Really good mod! I rate it a 8/10. Could use a bit more detail. But for one of the not so many maps for fs25 its great. I would totally recommend you guys download it!

Hi, enjoying the map! however when you spawn multiple vehicles from the buy they get stuck inside building at the dealer.
ok I’ll work on that, it also looks like the textures are missing from the store as well..

Really cool as I'm not to far from there! In Winchester area.
Heck yea! Born and raised near here, never have seen any good WV or westen Virginia maps, id love to do south Winchester or harrisonburg with dairy farms and beef farms.
There's a really good stretch through Mt. Jackson. My family has a farm there at the covered bridge. Really nice bottom land, an old dairy that the current owners have revitalized. One of these days I might have to figure out how to make maps.

The foundations are there, only the JD dealership is the only building on the map, I need to paint over them
Wow! this is a really beautiful map with a lot of potential. Will be making this my main map to test and report back. Initial thoughts - A train and animal dealer and saw mill are a must imo. Possibly a large CO-OP Grain elevator on the map. Nice little touch would be a small town or small town buildings - a post office, a rustic fire station/gas station.
